SearchOnePointFive’s map-based property, city, suburb, or area search will direct you to our listing page. Each property listed contains high-quality professional photography and video, geo-location, and a highly detailed description of the property you see.



Our viewings are arranged in the traditional manner, whereby an appointment will be made between the buyer, seller and agent at a convenient time for all parties to view the property. Scheduled show dates will be displayed on the listing itself.



An offer may be submitted in either the traditional manner or by way of an online negotiation, allowing the Seller and Buyer to agree to the terms of the sale in real-time. On acceptance of the Offer, an OTP will be generated for signing by all parties.



On the successful signing of the Offer to Purchase, the conveyancing attorneys will receive the same, again in real-time.This will start the flow of the transfer process through to Registration
