• The buyer can do the entire purchase process online via the OnePointFive platform. Alternatively, you may choose the more traditional route with the help of one of our experienced agents, who will walk you through the process step by step and in person.
• OnePointFive provides a map-based search function as well as providing the option of typing in a city, suburb, or area. The search function incorporates filters and, once registered, the ability to save “favorites” to your dashboard and create alert criteria for new properties listed.
• Viewings will be arranged in the traditional manner, whereby an appointment will be made between the Buyer, Seller, and Agent at a convenient time for all parties to view the property. Scheduled show dates will be displayed on the property listing itself.
• As a registered and verified user of OnePointFive, the potential buyer can submit an online OTP via the OnePointFive Portal. The online OTP facility can be found on the property’s respective listing. Once submitted, the seller will be notified immediately via their dashboard and email. Upon receiving the OTP, the seller can accept, reject, or counteroffer, all in real-time. In turn, the buyer can accept, reject or counter the counteroffer until both parties are in agreement. Once the negotiation is complete, each party will be required to Print, Sign and Upload a signed copy of the OTP to their respective dashboard within the offer validity period.
• As an alternative to the online offer and negotiation process, one always has the facility to revert to the more traditional method of having an agent walk you through the process manually.
• Upon successful signing of the OTP, the conveyancing attorneys will receive the same in real-time. This starts the flow of the transfer process through to registration. You will receive regular updates via your dashboard throughout the process providing constant updates and transparency of the transfer process.
• Your dashboard allows you to monitor the progress of the transfer process and sends you regular updates via email right up to the point of transfer.
