Corridor - oregan pine flooring damage (small hole) Main Bedroom - Window open and close lever broken Kitchen. Cornices need to be aligned. Hairline cracks on wall next to laundry cupboard. Bathroom - tiles with hairline cracks and shower floor - some pebbles need to be relaid. Not yet repaired (20/05/2026) - the boundary wall on the Eastern and Southern elevation of property has visible cracking, sections of it are also missing. This has resulted in substantial water run-off onto our property and is allowing thousands of litres of water to seep into the soil, placing additional pressure and stress on our existing retaining wall.
